The Clubhouse Bukit Permata Batam is intended to provide a new taste of spatial experience in a public space. It begins with the need of collective security for Bukit Permata’s housing residents and later the desire to have a communal space for family activities starts to grow. This makes the planning of Clubhouse Bukit Permata Batam a medium of understanding as it helps all parties from residents to developers and planners proceed to listen and support each other, leading a project based on community.

In the clubhouse, all features required for public use are included accordingly to reflect the habits and living lifestyle of the many households living in Bukit Permata. As part of a bigger housing master plan, the clubhouse facilitates a number of functions, from an art gallery, a gym, spa, and a cafeteria.
