The main objective of this project is to accomodate the low-budget visitors to be able to stay and enjoying the surrounded natural richness of Ungasan for a long term. Architecturally tries to optimize views towards sea as much as possible by orientating the opening towards sea view at the southern side by providing balconies, while on the northern towards the Chateu as main view. 

And in terms of materiality, raw material strongly proposed in order to create a modest architecture and unique yet to enhance the development compare to the others development. Sky pool becomes a strong benefit that can offer to the visitors that can have a 360 degree panoramic views towards sea and mountain
