Since the Site quite limited To cater All the needs the building spacely has to be compacted in order to do that the 'Linear Form are our main objective to optimize the Space. 

The linear Block elongated and follow the shape of the backside boundary to allow gap for open space between shop house and the building. The building itself introduce three strong Material to characterized the house which are Concrete Exposed, Steel Frame, and Timber.
