There’re 2 sites side by side owned by sisters in Umalas, Bali. The one will be functioned as villa and the other as a retirement house. The general concept of the building responding to the site context is there’s no ‘special’ parking for cars (garage) inside the building area but using the land as much as for the open area and sharing facility between the two sites and families needs....
