Besides the architectural and conceptual designs, we also provide design development with BIM (Building Information Modeling).

The conceptual design of Pelindo III Office Tower was in the courtesy of Airmas Asri Architects. We, on the other hand, had the opportunity to work with Jakarta Konsultindo, BE Studio, and WIKA Gedung in design and development of this project.

This project was the very first design and built project in Indonesia that is a fully BIM-integrated project.  Together with the teams, we successfully implemented the multidisciplinary collaboration and coordination with the BIM System. Thus, all pre-construction phase processes, such as designs, budgeting and planning, and the construction phase become fully integrated.

Moreover, all information about the designs and constructive methods of the building is contained on one single platform and is available simultaneously in real time to all the company areas involved.
