Pegipegi: Bring Vacation Inside The Office

When you walk into pegipegi’s new office, you know immediately something is different. As the team behind this successful project, Arkadiaworks have struck a unique balance of buzz and serenity and created an inspiring workplace experience that feels like having vacation in the office.

Pegipegi as one of the largest online travel company in Indonesia moved to their new office at AKR Tower 7th Floor in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. Arkadia Works help support their hundreds staff using a new activitybased work concept.

The design emphasizes the modern and colorful material which apply in a number of material finishing. Orange color, as the main corporate color, applied in a number of spots to emphasize the company’s vision and spirit. A number of visual graphic are placed in several spot to bring more attractive “vacation” interior concept.

Creating an agile workforce, in the way it’s been designed, Pegipegi new office get a sense of a much larger office where people have freedom to move, creating an effective spaces for hundreds employee for them to work.

Essential to this is a carefully balanced range of space in the office, all with access to digital information and a robust wireless network. Pegipegi have a large creative media department, as well as sales and financial support functions. There is a wide mix of introverts and extroverts, so they have spaces to retreat to and spaces to collaborate and share insights.
