The Concept of TOD (Transit Development Oriented)

Drives the idea of creating mixed use office with “expandable”

The Goal is how the architecture can be one of the new node/meeting spot with sheltered public space with “iconic” giant canopy. The massing skin also generated from the study of the sun path, so the west side, has more screen than the other side, which also makes the building more interesting by itself.
